Interesting conversation topics came up few days at work and this seemed to spark interest. It is ridiculously evident that teachers are highly underpaid. Nonetheless, NBA athletes get paid millions of dollars a year to play even when they don’t live up to the hype. While its understandable, that these players receive millions due to representing their respective countries during FIBA, I don’t feel as if millions of dollars should be given to these players when representing cities and states in NBA play. The NBA is a billion dollar business as is the government financial system. So what do you think about this financial imbalance between NBA players, and the teachers who teach these athletes how to be intelligent individuals first?
